Our Sleep Joy education is invaluable. We began working with Adrienne when my girl was a newborn. Though the routine initially took some getting used to, we stuck with the program and achieved wonderful results. We still do our best to apply what we learned through Sleep Joy to continue supporting positive sleep habits. My daughter is now over 6 months old and has slept through the night for months, sleeps and naps well while on overnight trips, and hasn’t had any noticeable change in sleep patterns through teething. Adrienne is so sweet and caring! She knows her stuff and will help guide you along the way to help teach your baby/toddler to sleep independently. I honestly didn’t think sleep training would work and was blown away when my son slept 10 hours on the 2nd night and then 14 hours on nights 3-6 and then balanced out at 12 hours. He doesn’t wake at all most nights now and if he does he self settles within 1-5 minutes. It’s truly amazing and I recommend Adrienne 💯 Another plus is we also broke my sons pacifier attachment while sleep training so I don’t have to do that later.

I have to admit, I was pretty suspicious about Adrienne’s bold claims of restful sleep for baby and parents after only two weeks. I’ve read the books, taken classes, and bought every sort of of pajama or sleep slack that promised more sleep. Adrienne has been nothing short of a godsend to my family. When we first met, my 3.5 month old couldn't take naps longer than 30 minutes, was on a very irregular eating schedule, woke up 3-5 times during the night, and had a lot of fussiness later in the day.
