You’ll receive the Pre-Natal package plus four 30-minute phone calls over the baby’s first three months of life. This additional direct support will help guide you through the baby’s sleep plan and provide more in-depth consultation for your newborn’s immediate needs in real time.

Communication:

- 90 minute phone call to educate and develop a sleep plan during pregnancy

- Email support including: a documented finalized sleep guide for you and your baby, additional newborn resources and general Q&A

- Four 30-minute phone calls in first 12 weeks of baby’s life with follow-up email support
